Welcome to Shenandoah West

Shenandoah West Neighborhood was first established in approximately 1984, with much of the neighborhood being developed between 1984-1991. Today we enjoy large, mature trees, spacious grass parks and established, well-loved Neighborhood traditions. Shenandoah West Neighbors take pride in keeping their homes and yards looking nice and abiding by CC&Rs. You will find a sense of community here with many annual events like the neighborhood garage sale, Halloween decorating competitions, and Winter light festivities! We strive to keep Shenandoah West one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Boise. We will be updating our tennis courts to include pickleball to adapt with the times.
